1. BE KIND
“Try being a gem to them for they already have experienced stones.” There are untold stories behind every person that hold justifications for the kind of people that they are today. So, be a little more thoughtful before you judge someone. Little gestures like smiling and asking ‘how are you?’ can lighten up someone’s day. You’ll notice how nice you feel too after being kind. 
 
2. SHOW SOME SELF LOVE
Not asking you to be obsessed with yourself here or act like a complete narcissist. But give yourself all the love you deserve. Cause if you don’t, who will? 
If you think less of yourself, people around you will too. If you don’t respect yourself, people around you won’t too. Remember: People only think of you, what you think of yourself. 
 
3. DON’T HOLD GRUDGES
The more you hold a grudge, the more you’re thinking about the person. So, for your own mental health and peace of mind, just give the grudge up.
 
4. WORKOUT
Do at least one form of physical activity; be it walking, some kind of sport, hitting the gym or yoga. A bare mininum of 20 minutes is all you need to spare from your busy schedule.
 
5. EAT HEALTHY
Eat healthy so you feel healthy, think better and achieve that flawless skin you’d been dreaming of. Also, keep your body hydrated. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
 
6. say I LOVE YOU more often
Let the person know you love them. 
 
7. DO MORE OF WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY
Spare some more time and invest it in activities or hobbies of your interest. that’s going to help you feel so much more satisfied and content.
 
Lastly, take a deep breath and tell yourself, “IT’S OKAY.”
